Orgasmic meditation ( OM) is a mindfulness practice that combines mindfulness with physical stimulation to reach a heightened state of consciousness through pleasure. Contrary to what its name suggests, the main goal is not to reach orgasm, but to experience and expand pleasure and emotional connection in the body in a deeper and more conscious way.


In orgasmic meditation, a specific amount of time (usually 15 minutes) is dedicated to stimulation, in which one person gently caresses the other's clitoris, keeping the focus on the sensations, without the pressure of reaching an orgasm.
